MEBO and Kings Pray for Hong Kong Fire Victims
Following the tragic fire at Hong Kong’s Kwong Fuk Estate in Tai Po, the Sacramento Kings delivered a heartfelt message of solidarity during their home game, displaying “MEBO Prays for Hong Kong” across the arena. The Kings also issued an official statement extending their deepest condolences to the victims and families, becoming the first NBA team to publicly express support for those affected.

Since forming a strategic partnership in 2018, MEBO International and the Kings have built a cross-Pacific collaboration rooted in community care. Together, they have honored firefighters, supported burn-injured children, launched “First Responders Night,” voiced support during the COVID-19 outbreak, and jointly organized international youth basketball camps in China.

From disaster relief to youth empowerment, the MEBO–Kings partnership continues to demonstrate how sports and compassion can transcend borders—bringing warmth and hope across communities.
