On September 7, 2025, the Flying Tigers Permanent Exhibition opened at Liuzhou Military Expo Park, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War. The Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation delegation visited Guangxi following earlier stops in Fujian, Guangdong, Shanghai, and Xinjiang, continuing to carry forward the Flying Tigers spirit.

Chen Baoqi, Vice President of MEBO Group, attended the event on behalf of Li Li, Honorary Vice Chair of the Foundation, alongside Zhang Kun, President Committee Member of MEBO Group’s Board and Director of the Public Welfare Center. Their participation highlighted MEBO Group’s consistent efforts in fostering China–U.S. exchanges and preserving historical memory.

The opening ceremony was attended by Li Qun, Member of the 14th CPPCC Standing Committee and former Director of the National Cultural Heritage Administration; Yang Wanming, President of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries; Chen Gang, Party Secretary of Guangxi; Wei Tao, Chairman of the Guangxi Government; Liuzhou Mayor Zhang Zhuang; and Jeffrey Greene, Chairman of the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation, who led a 30-member delegation.

The Liuzhou exhibition covers 6,000 square meters and displays over 1,000 precious historical artifacts. Combining authentic relics with reconstructed scenes and modern presentation technology, it vividly illustrates the history of the American Flying Tigers fighting alongside the Chinese people. As a witness to the two nations’ joint struggle against fascism and defense of peace, the exhibition also provides a valuable platform for the younger generation to understand this shared history.

Through its active participation in commemorative events, including exhibitions in China and cultural programs such as “Echoes of Peace” and “Experience China” in the United States, MEBO Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to honoring history and promoting people-to-people friendship.
