Experience China: A Symphony of Stories on China–U.S. People-to-People Friendship Held at the Chinese Embassy in the U.S.

On August 27, 2025, coinciding with the 80th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War, “Experience China: A Symphony of Stories on China–U.S. People-to-People Friendship” was held at the Chinese Embassy in the United States. Li Li, Board Member of MEBO Group and Honorary Vice Chair of the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation, attended the event.

The program was co-hosted by the State Council Information Office of China, the Chinese Embassy in the U.S., and the Chinese Consulate General in New York, and co-organized by the China Center for International Communication Development and the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation.

Through music and storytelling, the event revisited the joint fight of the Chinese and American peoples against fascism during World War II, honoring the profound friendship and shared commitment to peace forged in those years.

Chinese Ambassador to the U.S. Xie Feng and Jeff Greene, Chairman of the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation, delivered speeches emphasizing the importance of remembering China–U.S. cooperation and cherishing people-to-people ties. The evening concluded with a collective performance of “Auld Lang Syne”, highlighting the shared resolve of both peoples to remember history, value friendship, and safeguard peace. MEBO Group has participated in multiple commemorative events marking the 80th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War, with this attendance once again reflecting the Group’s commitment to remembering history and supporting related causes.
